Christoph Lange is the head of the Data Science and Artificial Intelligence department at the Fraunhofer Institute for Applied Information Technology FIT and a senior researcher at the cooperating chair for Information Systems at RWTH Aachen University, Germany. He holds a PhD in computer science for enabling collaboration on semiformal mathematical knowledge by semantic web integration.
His research is broadly concerned with knowledge engineering and data infrastructures, with applications ranging from enterprise information integration to data management in research and in the public sector. He has been leading the Gaia-X working group Service Characteristics and the development of the International Data Spaces Information Model since 2020/2019, and is actively contributing this expertise to the Data Spaces Support Centre.

Gregory Lewkowicz is a professor at the Université libre de Bruxelles (ULB) and the director of the Smart Law Hub. He is principal investigator at the Artificial Intelligence Institute for the Common Good (FARI) in Brussels and Koyre Senior Research Fellow in Business Law & Artificial Intelligence at the Université of Nice Sophia Antipolis. He teaches the course “Smart Law : Algorithms, Metrics & Artificial Intelligence” at Science Po Paris School of Law. He teaches also at Paris II Panthéon-Assas and at HEC-Paris. He is a member of the external advisory board of AI4Belgium, of the “Club des juristes” digital taskforce (Paris). His research examines the interactions between law & digital technologies, global and transnational law and the transformations of legal professions. He conducts several research and industrial projects, including R&D, with public and private partners. He regularly advises governments and private companies on digital transformation.
