Vidas Daudaravičius is a researcher with 20+ years of experience in applied Natural Language Processing, Artificial intelligence, project management and software development. Currently he is working at European Commission Joint Research Centre. He is part of the Data Governance and Services team which facilitates the development of improved data management practices inside the JRC and coordinates JRC's contribution to the implementation of the DataStrategy@EC action plan. Daudaravicius carries out research in the area of knowledge extraction and engineering, machine learning, deep learning and other natural language processing methods in order to apply these techniques for advancing the search capabilities of documents and data. Before EC-JRC, Daudaravicius has been working in public and private sectors, e.g., Vytautas Magnus university, UAB VTEX.

Miquel Estapé brings over 25 years of professional experience in delivering digital transformation and innovation projects, with an extensive executive background in government and work in consulting firms across various industries. Currently, he holds the position of Chief Innovation Officer and Deputy CEO at the Open Government of Catalonia Consortium and serves as a board member of ACGP and ADPP, think tanks that promote profound government reforms. He has previously served as the Mayor of La Roca del Vallès town hall and as the Vice President of the Vallès Oriental county hall. Additionally, he has led digital transformation projects at Mazars and within the Guinness group. Miquel is also a lecturer at several universities and a regular speaker at local and international events on topics such as digital transformation, open government, innovation, blockchain, citizen-centric approaches, smart cities, data-driven initiatives, big data, and digital identity in the public sector.
